Eat healthy food. Be active. Don't be stressed.
But it isn't easy. There's constant temptation to treat yourself. Endless distractions to keep your body hunched over this device. And so much to do that you've accepted stress is just part of life.
We want to believe there's more to it because then we can shift the blame from ourselves to something outside our control. I don't know what foods to eat. I don't have a juicer or a treadmill. I have to get all this stuff done. We're powerless and so nothing changes.
But then we accept that it is that simple, and that the only thing stopping us is ourselves. We can make a better choice. We can do the right thing. We can chose to take our power back and be in control.
