This blog is my attempt to capture an insight each day. It isn't Moby Dick, but sometimes I trick myself into thinking it should be. And then I waver. I don't need to write today, it can wait until tomorrow.
Sometimes things are big. If you're publishing a book that took years to write, you should probably hire an editor and proof it several times. But most of the time it isn't that big.
Don't make things bigger than they really are. When you do, you hesitate. You question whether it's good enough. You put it off (meaning quit). And you miss the chance to water a small thing that could have gotten a little bit bigger.
